Our Guarantee
Same day despatch for stock items ordered before 4.00pm.
Free replacement of any of our products that have failed or worn out prematurely. We accept your assessment. Simply phone us to arrange return postage and immediate replacement if required.
Returns
Returned "as new" products will be accepted for full credit, within three weeks of invoice date. You will however be liable for the freight charges.
Exchanges
Exchanges of "as new" products will be accepted within three weeks of invoice date. Phone us the day you decide on a different size/product and we will despatch the replacement that day. You will however be liable for the freight charges.
Freight
- If a stock item ordered before 4.00pm is not despatched on the day of order, it will be forwarded freight free (postal items only).
- Free postage on all back orders of stock items.
- We are happy to forward your order on your courier, if so instructed.
- GST applies to all freight charges.
Not So Urgent Orders – Parcel Post
An $8.50 (plus GST) charge covers most small orders of one or two items. Charges for larger items/orders are based on weight/volume and are sent the most economical way (courier or Australia Post). We can usually give you an estimated cost at the time you place your order.

Melbourne Courier
Same day service to Melbourne Metropolitan Area for most of our products. Orders must be received by 10.00am. A$12.50 (plus GST) charge covers most orders.
Urgent Orders –
Express Post Requested
Orders must be received by 4.00pm. A$16.50 (plus GST) charge covers most small orders of one or two items. Please refer to the Australia Post postcodes covered by this guarantee and provided for your information by clicking here.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice, however we expect to hold the price of our Australian made products firm for 12 months. Imported products may be decreased or increased according to varying exchange rates.
Payment
Credit card payments are accepted if payment is made at the time of ordering only, otherwise a 30 day net account is automatically opened at the time of your first order, which must be settled by cheque or direct credit.
